Electrical conductivity of complete and commercial nutrient solutions in tube-based passion fruit seedling production

ABSTRACT: Fertigation is widely used in seedling production for different crops, including passion fruit. There no consensus on the ideal nutrient solution, and as such, nurseries have fertigation empirically. This study assessed electrical conductivity of solution containing macro micronutrients fruit compared it with commercially fertigation. A completely randomized design was used, five treatments six repetitions. Four conductivities (0.5, 1.0, 2.0 4.0 dS m-1) a complete an additional treatment (commercial solution) were analyzed. Daily (macro micronutrients) at between 2.6 3.3 m-1 followed by two daily irrigations are efficient producing FB 300 “Araguari” seedlings coconut fiber substrate, benefits such greater biomass better Dickson quality index when to commercial solution.
